The SAFe people have recently updated their Business Agility article. This is the keystone article that defines and explains what we mean by Business Agility, and the value it provides. In the refactoring, they backed up to first principles—the larger why—behind why we all do what we do. One result is a new perspective which they call the ‘Business Agility Value Stream’, as pictured below.
